(Beginner Level)

Each session is carefully crafted to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates while utilizing the reformer machine, a versatile piece of equipment designed to enhance core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning.

Total Body Flow

( all levels)

Our « Pilates Total Body Flow » signature class aim to engage your entire body. With a focus on core strengthening, body lengthening and balance, and sculpting your muscles, these sessions will elevate your heart rate, make you sweat, and leave you feeling the burn so you can see results fast.

Stretch & Flow

( all levels)

The « Pilates Stretch & Flow » classes are all about wellbeing and giving yourself some time to connect to your mind, body and breath. These sessions provide a moment to unwind, breathe deeply, find centering and tone the entire body. Through a series of stretches and sculpting exercises , you'll enhance posture, flexibility, strength and blood circulation, while also easing muscle pain, tension, and mental stress

Power 

Our « Pilates Reformer Power » classes are designed to give you an endorphin boost, benefiting your overall health, heart, blood flow, and weight loss goals. Using the Jumpboard, free weights and much more, these sessions will elevate your heart rate, make you sweat, and leave you feeling the burn.
